These Boutique Rental Apartments include:

  • Kitchen with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle.
  • Separate Living room with flat screen TV & DVD, leather sofas, wooden floors throughout. A fold out bed is available on request.
  • One bedroom with flat screen TV, wooden floors, built-in wardrobes, luxury super king size beds with twin bed alternative. A fold out single bed is also availale on request. (Apartment sleeps up to 3 persons)
     
  • The two bedroom apartments have the same facilities as the 1 bed, but consists of a super king size bed and an additional single bedroom as well and a additional single bedroom. A fold out single bed is also availale on request. (Apartment sleeps up to 4 persons).

  • Spacious bathroom with bath & power shower.
  • Although in a safe and affluent area each apartment has 2 dead lock bolts, fire alarm, security alarm, and the apartments are 150 metres away from the local police station.

Optional Extras

Serviced Apartment Rental - All short term lettings have the option of serviced accommodation on a weekly basis for an additional €40 per week. This includes a weekly basic clean and fresh bedlinen and towel change.

Laundry Service - We also offer a laundry service facility to all short term accommodations as an optional extra.

Environmental Policy

We have recycling bins. Our apartments are double insulated, to conserve energy, and all of our heaters are on timer, controlled by the guest, so heating is only on as you specifically require.
